DEVELOPMENT OF A COPING STRATEGY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTIONS FOR TEACHERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
The article discusses an empirical method for studying the psychological constructs of a teacher, which are responsible for the teacher's communication skills with students. On the basis of the considered empirical research, an author's program of psychological support for teachers was created in order to increase the level of communication between teachers and students in the digital educational environment of a higher educational institution. The empirical study was carried out by means of correlation analysis using the correlation coefficient, Student's test, Pearson's function, univariate correlation analysis, Spearman's test, Mann-Whitney's test, histogram of errors. On the basis of the correlation analysis, a psychological model was built, proving the validity of the constructed and conducted experiment. Coping developed by the author was taken as a basic test basis. Coping was also developed on the basis of an earlier study that surveyed higher education teachers as applied to distance learning.
